1. Q: Are your manufacturer of trading company? Where is your factory?
A: We are a manufacturer for 10 years. Our factory is in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. It takes 2 and half hours by train from Shanghai to Taizhou.
2. Q: What is your MOQ ? and can I order some samples to check your product quality at first?
A: The MOQ is 24 unts, which can be loaded in 1*20GP. For the 1st cooperation, we can offer Samples. Please let me know the model you are interested in on our pages.
3. Q: How many colors can we choose?
A: you can choose the color from our color book. For the order of 1*40HQ, you can choose 4 colors.
4. Q: Can we put our logo or print on the packages?
A: We offer the customized service, So your logo and your stickers can be put on the motorcycle. The MOQ of customization is 100 units, which can be loaded in 1*40HQ. Please send us your artwork of logo and stickers.
5. Q: What is the lead time? How many days is the cargo ready?
A: Usually it takes 25-30 working days to produce. For the order from USA and Europe, it usually takes 2 months.
6. Q: What is the warranty policy for the motorcycle?
A: Usually we offer warranty support by 2 years or 10 km for the normal riding.
7. Q: Can you offer the parts when there is malfunction of the vehicles?
A: Yes, we can offer spare parts quickly. Usually you can order some parts of the after sale service.
8. Which certificates have your get?
A: We have EEC, EPA & DOT certificate for the produce to export to USA and Europe and North African market.
9. Q: What is your payment terms ?
A:We accept payment by T/T. For bulk order, 30% of contract amount is paid as deposit, and the balance by 70% is paid before shipment.
10. Q: Can we get to know your factory more before placing order?
A: We can make video calling via Whatsapp or wechat to show your the factory in details.
